Description:

What you’ll do:
• Responsible for the day-to-day execution of administration work that align with and strengthen Advantage Co-op’s vison, mission, and values. This includes achieving established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, policies, procedures, quality, and timeliness of work assignments.
• Foster a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members as well ensuring administration standards for the department are maintained to deliver solutions that matter most to the customer.
• Responsible for performing all office duties such as Typing, Data entry, File maintenance, word processing, record-keeping, filing, phone operations and reconciliations.
• Perform audits of cash ups, deposits and maintenance of accounts receivable and process accounts receivable.
• Prepare and submit reports on progress and other relevant updates to keep stakeholders informed and resolves issues if there is any.
• Covering job duties, safety procedures, provide help to the staff and company policies for skill enhancement and adherence.
• Requisition necessary supplies and materials to support day-to-day operations.
• To be familiar with and adhere to Advantage Co-op policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.


Who you are:
• You have your grade 12 or equivalent experience; office administration would be considered an asset.
• You are honest, trustworthy, are results – orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
• You are attentive to detail and have experience with back-office programs.
