What you’ll do:
The IT Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Information Technology infrastructure and services for our organization. This role encompasses both hardware and software management, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems. The IT Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting business operations and promoting technological advancements within the organization.

• Maintain and upgrade hardware infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and operating systems.
• Implement technical support to employees, addressing issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and manage software updates and patches.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity threats and trends, implementing preventive measures accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their IT skills and promote best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software purchases, negotiating with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for technological advancements that can improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
